Production Worker Oxidation

Are you ready for a challenging role in a dynamic environment? The trim department is a large and diverse department where a wide range of products are dried, assessed for quality, and coated with a lacquer. Products that meet the quality standards are carefully packed and sent to the warehouse. As an employee in the Trim, you work in a 3-shift system with a team of about 20 colleagues. The morning shift runs from 06:00 to 14:00, the afternoon shift from 14:00 to 22:00, and the night shift from 22:00 to 06:00. Initially, you focus on the inspection department, where you assess rolls with different products. This training period helps you become familiar with the products and recognize small errors that we do not want to send to our customers. If you perform well, you will start a training plan where you learn to safely handle the machines and processes within our department. Experienced colleagues guide you so that you can eventually perform tasks independently, such as working in the drying room or on the trim lines.
