As a Team Leader Operations Inbound, you are the heart of our logistics center in Peize. You work full-time (36-40 hours) and lead the inbound team. You are responsible for receiving, checking, storage, and inventory management. You ensure that all goods flows run smoothly. Without you, the operation comes to a halt. Your day starts with planning the staffing. You look ahead and anticipate what is coming. You guide employees, resolve disruptions, and work together with the Team Leader Outbound. You regularly consult with the DC Manager. You monitor unloading times, ensure agreements are met, and immediately address deviations. Additionally, you continuously drive improvement: in productivity, costs, and quality. You inspire your team and develop employees. You work with modern systems such as WMS and BI tools.
