As a field interviewer in Heerhugowaard, you work largely independently in your own region. You visit people at home who have been invited for a CBS survey and try to motivate them in a friendly and convincing manner to participate. You work part-time, between 16 and 24 hours a week, and decide when you work, as long as it's between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM. This freedom makes the job attractive, especially if you want to combine work with study or family. Your day starts with reviewing your schedule. You drive your car to addresses provided by the CBS system. You ring the doorbell unannounced and have conversations with people who have not yet responded to the invitation. You motivate them to participate. Sometimes you have to return multiple times if someone is not home. Everything you do is recorded digitally. You plan your own route and work independently. Are you ready to apply your technical skills in a dynamic environment? As an assembly worker, you work in a well-organized, well-equipped workshop on machines that are used worldwide. You are part of a team of skilled colleagues working together to build complete machines, from individual parts to the final product. The work atmosphere is collegial and involved. Your tasks include assembling and assembling parts and complete sweepers, working with mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic components, and participating in a structured production process with your team. You are versatile and step in where needed. Additionally, you have the opportunity to develop yourself through internal courses and training. You work four days a week for 9.5 hours, with a weekly rotating day off, ideal for those who want to balance work and private life well.
