Are you the connecting link that ensures our daily logistics operation runs smoothly? As an Operational Administrative Employee, you are indispensable at our depot. With your oversight, administrative accuracy, and solution-oriented mindset, drivers, colleagues, and customers can always rely on you. You are the point of contact for the shop floor, drivers, and customers and work closely with your direct colleagues. You work a day shift from 08:30 to 17:30 and report to the Distribution Manager. No day is the same. You are involved in answering questions from customers, drivers, senders, and receivers via phone and email, planning and coordinating pickup orders with the right drivers, processing route lists, orders, invoices, and package statuses in our systems, assisting customers in the Parcel Shop at the depot, and performing daily checks. Additionally, you actively contribute ideas for improvements in the quality of our services.

Are you a decisive leader who likes to be among the people? For our production department in Wijchen, we are looking for an experienced Production Team Leader. In this role, you are responsible for managing a team of over 22 employees per shift. Together with the other team leaders, you ensure a smooth operation within a production department of more than 44 employees. This is a position for a leader who stands firm, knows how to maintain an overview in a dynamic environment, and is not afraid to actively participate on the work floor. As a Production Team Leader, you are responsible for the daily operation. You ensure that processes run efficiently, employees know what is expected of them, and the set objectives are achieved. You are visibly present on the work floor and spend about 90% of your shift among your employees. You direct, motivate, correct where necessary, and support the process when needed. Especially during busy moments, you keep a cool head and know how to set priorities. Additionally, you are responsible for various administrative tasks, including preparing and sending daily reports to the Production Manager and Depot Manager, keeping track of email and Microsoft Teams, preparing CMR documents in the GLS transport system, correctly registering worked hours, and preparing and monitoring the personnel planning.
