You are involved in various lines: dough lines, filling lines, and decoration. Your contribution is crucial, even in the dishwashing area. Flexibility is essential, as you regularly switch workplaces. An average workday starts at 07:00 AM. You help with preparing cakes, decorating pastries, or placing products on the conveyor belt. Sometimes you work on weekends, with shorter hours. Together with your colleagues, you ensure a tidy workplace. You receive a polo or vest and wear neat jeans and sneakers yourself. You will work at a large, industrial bakery in Dordrecht. Here, fresh cakes and pastries are made daily for stores throughout the Netherlands. The company has a modern production location and a team of 50 to 100 colleagues. The atmosphere is open, friendly, and focused on collaboration. The mission: to ensure fresh and delicious pastries for everyone every day. You work in a diverse and accessible environment.
