You work flexibly between 8 and 40 hours per week, spread over 2 to 5 days, with working hours between 6:00 and 00:00. You work shifts of 8 hours with a one-hour break, providing a lot of freedom and variety. On an average workday, you help in the production bakery with making, baking, and packaging pastries. Sometimes you work in the dishwashing kitchen, where you clean baking trays and tools. You work together with a friendly team that is ready for each other. The busiest times are from Monday to Friday. On weekends, you only work if it's extra busy, for example, during holidays. You get immediate responsibility and quickly learn new things.
