As a production employee at a leading company that manufactures heating products, you primarily work day shifts from 07:00 to 15:45. During busy periods, there may be temporary two-shift work. You work on various parts of boilers, assemble components, check quality, and follow clear work instructions. You receive thorough training and continuously learn new tasks, keeping your work varied. You work with modern machines and technical drawings in a clean and safe production hall. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that the products are ready on time and meet the right quality standards. As a packaging worker, you are responsible for collecting, checking, and packaging small parts according to a clear step-by-step plan. You mainly work standing and ensure that every order is complete. Once you master the work well, you will have the opportunity to advance to machine packaging.
