  • As a production worker in Zwartsluis, you work full-time in a 3-shift system. You are involved in various parts of the production process, such as packing, assembling, working at the ovens, and general production tasks. You ensure that everything runs smoothly and safely. The work is varied, and you quickly learn new skills. You work with EPP, a sturdy material that resembles styrofoam. Together with your colleagues, you make parts for cars, cargo bikes, and more. An average workday begins in one of the three shifts. The early shift is from 6:00 to 14:00, followed by the late shift from 14:00 to 22:00. The night shift runs from 22:00 to 6:00. You rotate these shifts with your colleagues. You work in a close-knit team where everyone supports each other. You receive clear instructions and guidance.
