  • Are you ready for a challenging role as a production team leader in Ommel? You lead the packaging department and directly manage 10 line operators, while being indirectly responsible for about 90 colleagues. Your mission is to ensure that products reach the customer safely, neatly, and on time. You work in a 2-shift system and always maintain an overview. You start the day with a team meeting, distribute the work, solve problems, and guide your team. You quickly switch between different lines and ensure everyone knows what needs to be done. At the end of the day, you evaluate with your team what went well and where improvements can be made. You truly make a difference! We offer

We ask

  • • MBO working and thinking level; • At least 1 year of leadership experience in production; • Experience with food products is a plus; • Good command of Dutch and English; • Willing to work in a 2-shift system; • You live within 40 km of Ommel.
