Production Team Leader

As a Foreman Machine Production, you work full-time in a modern production company in Drachten. You maintain oversight and lead a team of about 45 colleagues. You distribute the work, monitor the schedule, and ensure a pleasant atmosphere on the work floor. Together, you ensure that the production line runs smoothly and that quality always comes first. Your workday begins with reviewing the schedule and distributing the tasks. You support colleagues, make adjustments where necessary, and actively think about improvements. You identify bottlenecks and quickly resolve them. Additionally, you coach and train new employees. You also participate in production yourself, so you know exactly what is going on. Coordinating with the production manager and other departments is also part of the job. You have room to grow and develop yourself. Leadership, oversight, and a positive attitude are important.
