Production Operator Ulft

As a Production Leader in Ulft, you are responsible for the entire production process. You manage approximately 30 employees, divided across production, construction, and the business office. You work full-time (38 hours per week) in a modern and international environment. In this role, you have a lot of freedom to improve processes and coach your team. Your workday is varied. You start with a daily meeting and discuss the planning. You distribute the work among your colleagues and maintain an overview. You ensure that production runs smoothly and intervene when necessary. You coordinate collaborations with other departments and monitor quality. You analyze figures, identify bottlenecks, and make adjustments where needed.
