You work 32 to 40 hours per week and are responsible for helping customers, providing advice, and ensuring a tidy store. There are plenty of opportunities to develop and advance. The atmosphere is informal, and everyone is ready to help each other. You work day shifts from Monday to Friday, starting at 06:30 or 08:00 and finishing by 17:00. This way, you keep your evenings and weekends free. On an average workday, you greet customers, provide advice on building materials, and ensure a neat presentation of the assortment. You answer questions, assist with orders, and handle transactions at the counter. Sometimes you help with loading materials. You work together with colleagues from other departments and ensure that the customer leaves satisfied. No day is the same, as every customer and every task is different.
