Production Worker Trim

Are you ready to be part of a dynamic and diverse department? In the trim department, a wide range of products are dried, assessed for quality, and given a lacquer coating. Products that meet the quality standards are carefully packed and sent to the warehouse. As an employee in the Trim, you work in a 3-shift system: morning shift from 06:00 to 14:00, afternoon shift from 14:00 to 22:00, and night shift from 22:00 to 06:00. The team consists of about 20 colleagues. Initially, you focus on the inspection department, where you assess rolls with different products. This training period helps you become familiar with the products and recognize small errors that we do not want to send to our customers. If you perform well, you will start a training plan where you learn to safely handle the machines and processes within our department. Experienced colleagues guide you so that you can eventually perform tasks independently, such as in the drying room or on the trim lines.
