As a production employee in Nuenen, you are responsible for operating, monitoring, and adjusting production machines. You work 20 to 32 hours per week in a shift system. Your contribution is essential for an efficient and high-quality production process. You follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure continuity and product quality. Your tasks include performing quality checks, packaging products, and identifying and resolving minor malfunctions. You monitor the technical condition of the machines and report deviations. Work is carried out according to strict safety and hygiene regulations. Collaboration with colleagues is required to achieve the production schedule. You work in a 5-shift system with the following working hours: 06:00 – 14:00, 14:00 – 22:00, 22:00 – 06:00. This position offers opportunities for process optimization and personal development. Your tasks include assembling industrial packaging and crates, performing wood and sheet processing with hand tools and machines, and working with woodworking equipment such as saw machines and CNC machines. Additionally, you are responsible for processing materials, performing sawing, drilling, milling, and assembly tasks, and reading and interpreting technical drawings. You check the quality of the finished product and work precisely with hand tools to ensure a perfect finish. Together with your colleagues, you strive to produce high-quality packaging.
