You will monitor the production process, ensure quality and safety, and directly contribute to customer satisfaction. As a process operator, you are responsible for operating and supervising a modern production line where margarine, oils, and fats are manufactured and packaged. You monitor the entire process, adjust machines when necessary, and perform quality checks on finished products. With your technical insight and attention to detail, you ensure that production runs smoothly, safely, and according to the highest quality standards. This is a position in a 3-shift system, which gives you variety in your work and extra free time. It is a dynamic role with plenty of opportunities to grow and develop.

We ask

  • • Technical affinity or work experience as an operator/process operator; • Experience in a production environment, preferably in the food industry; • Motivated, eager to learn, and precise; • Strong focus on quality, hygiene, and safety; • Availability for a full-time workweek of 40 hours; • Willingness to work in a 3-shift system; • Good command of the Dutch or English language (spoken and written).
