Production

  • As a Process Operator in Breda, you ensure that our production lines run smoothly. You work 38 to 40 hours per week in a 3-shift system. You enjoy working together, but you can also work independently. In this job, you are important for the quality of our end products and contribute to the growth of plant-based food. Your day starts with starting up the machines and checking the production schedule. You set up the production lines, perform quality checks, and take samples.   • • MBO diploma, preferably technical or VAPRO B; • Experience as an operator in a production environment; • Willingness to work in a 3-shift system; • Technical insight; independently solve malfunctions; • Accurate, independent, and show initiative; • Eye for quality, hygiene, and food safety; • Speak and write English; • Team player and able to set priorities.
