  • As an interim process operator in the Pharmacy Mixing department in Beilen, you temporarily contribute to increasing our production capacity. You work 32 to 36 hours per week in a 5-shift system. In this role, you are responsible for the safe and efficient preparation, mixing, and filling of raw materials for baby and children's food. You work with modern equipment and automated processes. Your efforts ensure that children worldwide can rely on safe nutrition. What does your workday look like? You start each shift with a handover from your colleagues. Then you prepare production installations and weigh, dose, and mix raw materials according to strict quality standards. You continuously monitor the mixing and production process and intervene if something deviates. Quality controls and solving minor malfunctions are part of your daily tasks. You also keep the workplace clean and safe. You work together in a team where everyone is ready for each other, and you quickly learn from your experienced colleagues. We ask

  • • MBO level 3 work and thinking level, preferably level 4; • At least 5 years of experience as an operator or process operator in the industry; • Affinity with technology and automated production processes; • Willingness to work in a 5-shift system; • Attention to safety, quality, and food safety; • Proactive work attitude and responsibility; • Good command of the Dutch language; • Experience in the food, pharmaceutical, or process industry is a plus; • You live a maximum of 40 km from Beilen.
