  • As a Powder Coater Metal, you work at a modern metal company in the Raalte region. You ensure that metal parts receive a sleek, durable, and neatly finished appearance by pre-treating, coating, and baking them according to the correct specifications.

We offer

  • • A full-time job in day shift, with the possibility of a 2-shift system in consultation with the client; • A gross monthly salary between approximately €2,400 and €3,000, depending on experience, according to the Metal & Technology collective labor agreement; • Working with modern powder coating installations in a neat and well-organized production environment; • Opportunities to further develop within the coating department, for example in pre-treatment, quality control, and color changes.

We ask

  • • Experience as a powder coater or in a similar role is a major plus; • You can work accurately and have an eye for color, layer thickness, and finish; • You are physically fit and find standing work, lifting, and working in a production environment no problem; • You can work independently, but also coordinate well with colleagues and speak sufficient Dutch to follow work instructions safely.

Where will you be working?

Our client is a modern metal company in the Raalte region with its own powder coating department. They produce a variety of metal parts and constructions for different sectors. In production, there is close collaboration between the sheet metal workshop, welding department, and coating, with a down-to-earth and collegial working atmosphere where quality and thinking along are central.
