  • As a supervisor, you are the point of contact for all pool guests. You are responsible for a clean, safe, and accessible pool. What can you expect when you come to work at our pools?     • Assessing the swimming skills and behavior of visitors;
    • Ensuring a hospitable and safe atmosphere;
    • Addressing people about their behavior if necessary;
    • Ensuring that the pool facilities are clean and safe.

We ask

    • You are flexibly available for approximately 20 hours per week from Monday to Sunday (Morning shift 06:00 to 14:00 - Afternoon shift 14:00 to 23:00 - Weekend 07:00 to 19:00);
    • You have an affinity with sports and recreation from study, hobby, or work;
    • You hold a valid first aid/emergency response certificate or are willing to obtain it;
    • You have good communicative Dutch language skills;
    • You hold a swimming rescue diploma (KNRB) or are willing to obtain it.

Where will you be working?

You will work at the Eindhoven pools: National Swimming Center de Tongelreep and ir. Ottebad. De Tongelreep, as a high-tech swimming center, is the home base of national swimming champions and associations. Moreover, it is an ideal place for lane swimming. De Tongelreep is expanding with 2000m² of swimming water, making it one of the largest pools in Europe! There will be a new recreational pool, toddler and preschooler pool, 25-meter pool, instruction pool, and sports pool.
