As a Production Employee, you are responsible for producing and processing final products. You work according to fixed procedures and quality guidelines and ensure that the production process runs smoothly and safely. Your tasks include producing and preparing final products, such as grinding, sieving, classifying, and packaging. You perform analyses to adjust the production process and ensure quality. Additionally, you accurately fill in batch records and production documentation. You work according to the applicable safety, hygiene, and quality regulations (GMP/GDP) and ensure a clean and safe working environment according to the 5S methodology. Finally, you actively contribute ideas for improvements within focus and project groups.
