You work in a rotating schedule: one week from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and the other week from 1:00 PM to 10:30 PM. Sometimes your workday may run a bit longer. In this role, you start in the departments of de-blistering or validating. In de-blistering, you remove medications from the packaging using machines or by hand. Then the medications are weighed and prepared for the next step. In the validating department, you check if everything is correct: the right medications, the right quantity, and the right patient. This requires concentration and accuracy. After a good training period, you can advance to the PROUD department. Here, together with automated machines, you package medication per patient and per intake moment in special bags. You work in a close-knit team where quality and safety are paramount.
