We offer

  • • You are directly employed by the organization; • Salary according to the collective labor agreement for Disability Care in FWG 40 or 45 between €2,893 and €4,262 gross per month based on 36 hours per week (excluding ORT, year-end bonus, and travel expenses); • Contract for 28 to 36 hours per week; • Development and growth opportunities; • Pension participation in the pension fund Zorg en Welzijn (PFZW); • We offer you a helping hand during the application process. We ask

  • • A minimum completed MBO level 4 education in Social Care or AD level 5 or HBO education (e.g., Social Work, Applied Psychology); • If you are HBO educated, you hold a valid SKJ registration; • You have at least 5 years of relevant work experience with a similar target group; • You are flexibly deployable, also for irregular shifts; • You stand firm and know how to act well.
