Are you customer-oriented, enthusiastic, and a real go-getter? Then become our sales associate for the construction shop! As a sales associate, you are the face of the construction shop. You assist our B2B customers, such as contractors and freelancers, in finding the right materials for their construction projects. From concrete mortar to bitumen, you know what they need or quickly find out. You ensure that the customer leaves satisfied and returns again. Furthermore, you are involved in advising and selling, where you welcome customers, think along with their project, and advise on products and applications. You are responsible for counter work and order processing, such as creating quotes, entering orders, and ensuring smooth handling. Additionally, you take care of store presentation and inventory management by restocking shelves, processing incoming goods, and ensuring everything is in order, from the warehouse to the construction shop floor. Collaborating with colleagues is also an important part of your job, where together you ensure satisfied customers.
