Together, we ensure a welcoming and positive work environment, where we help customers with personal advice and practical solutions for travel and on the road. As a sales assistant at ANWB, you are the face of our store and ready to advise and support customers. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that everyone receives the best service. You help customers confidently explore the world by advising them on their travel products. You inform customers about the most diverse products and services, from travel insurance and toll vignettes to hiking boots and earplugs for festivals. You keep the store tidy, unpack deliveries in the store or warehouse, and display the shelves. In your first month, you will receive training in sales techniques and conversation skills and learn everything about our products and services. This way, you are well-prepared to help our customers move forward.

We offer

  • • A gross hourly wage of €16.14 (from 20 years old, including 5.58% year-end bonus and depending on your experience); • 50% surcharge for working on Sundays; • 8% holiday pay; • Flexibility to work both weekdays and weekends; • Opportunities for growth and training, so you can continuously develop yourself; • An attractive travel allowance, whether you come by car, bike, on foot, or by public transport.
