  • As a Pallet Dismantling Employee in Zwolle, you and your team ensure a sustainable and clean working environment. You work 24 to 40 hours per week in a two-shift system. It is varied work where you make a direct impact by sorting and cleaning reusable materials. You work with a conveyor belt and ensure everything runs safely and neatly. On a workday, you start by dismantling empty packaging, such as pallets, edges, and packaging materials. You sort different materials, remove stickers and labels, and clean storage bins. You pay close attention to quality and separate waste for recycling. In between, you ensure the workplace remains clean and safe. Together with colleagues, you work in a pleasant atmosphere and help each other where needed. You contribute to a better environment and a circular economy.
