Your tasks include independently setting up, operating, and monitoring packaging installations, ensuring product quality according to HACCP, GMP, and hygiene guidelines, performing quality checks and recording production data, identifying, analyzing, and resolving malfunctions and process deviations, performing first-line maintenance on machines and installations, checking packaging materials and product data, conducting sampling and quality checks according to applicable procedures, actively contributing to process improvements and optimizations, ensuring correct administration and shift handover, and collaborating with operators, panel operators, the technical service, and other departments.

QC Analyst / Analytical Specialist QC
As an Analytical Specialist QC, you are responsible for developing, improving, and implementing analytical methods and equipment for quality control. You ensure that the quality of raw materials, intermediates, and final products is optimally monitored and contribute to an efficient production process where quality is right the first time (First Time Right). Within the QC team of about 15 colleagues, you work closely in a smaller sub-team of 3 to 4 colleagues. Safety, food safety, sustainability, and collaboration are central to this.
You are involved in developing, improving, and implementing in-line and at-line analytical methods, drafting and executing validation plans, protocols, and reports, and writing, updating, and improving analytical procedures. Additionally, you coordinate the maintenance, calibration, and validation of analytical equipment, perform statistical analyses, and interpret analytical data. You solve problems in case of deviations and malfunctions, draft User Requirement Specifications (URS), manage life cycle programs and backup plans for equipment, build and share knowledge, and develop training for colleagues. You represent the location within internal knowledge platforms.
You work with analytical methods such as particle size, endotoxin determination, wastewater analyses, dry matter, protein (Kjeldahl), ash determination, spectrometry, specific rotation, and TOC analyses.
