As a customer service representative backline in Arnhem, you give your best every day. You work 32 to 40 hours per week and have the opportunity to work independently. As a customer service representative in Arnhem, you have daily contact with customers. You ensure that questions about packages, delivery times, and delivery options are answered quickly. You work 32 to 40 hours per week, usually between 08:00 and 18:00. You choose whether you want to work 32 or 40 hours. You work partly from home, partly at the office in Arnhem, easily accessible by public transport, bike, or car. An average day starts with a cup of coffee and a pleasant team start. Then you help customers via phone and email with all their questions. You track packages, solve problems, and coordinate smartly with colleagues and drivers. You neatly record everything in systems.
