The shifts usually last about 3 hours each time and always take place during the day, often from 10:30 to 13:30. When a container arrives, you will be called to help. We usually let you know a few days in advance via a message or phone call, after which you indicate whether you are available. You sort and unload goods on-site. Some products are a bit heavier, so it's nice if you are physically fit. You work safely, accurately, and have good contact with your colleagues. You can communicate in Dutch or English. As a logistics employee at Bidfood in Rogat, you work daily in a modern warehouse. You are responsible for assembling orders and order picking products. You ensure that all products, including fresh items, are carefully and timely prepared for shipment to the customer. In doing so, you contribute to a smooth logistics process, together with dedicated colleagues. Your workday usually starts with a short meeting. Then you check goods, distribute products over the correct routes, and compare orders with the orders. You work with a voice picking system and pay close attention to discrepancies. If something is not right, you consult with colleagues to solve it together. You work in a 2-shift system (afternoons and nights), which provides variety and a good balance between work and private life. Thanks to your working hours, you receive attractive allowances, making your salary at least €19 per hour, rising to €26 per hour.
