Order Picker 2-shift

As a Transport Coordinator in Kolham, you are the link between the customer and logistics. You work full-time (32-40 hours) at an international company. In this role, you have a lot of responsibility and variety. You ensure that everything runs smoothly between customers, drivers, and colleagues from Planning and Sales. You have room for your own initiative and personal growth.

Your workday starts with checking the transport orders. You monitor shipments, process orders, and clearly coordinate everything with customers via phone, email, or the Transport Management System. You quickly identify deviations and immediately coordinate with your team. You ensure that urgent tasks are handled well and know how to distinguish between main and minor issues. In between, you consult with colleagues and keep an overview, even when it's busy.

You are the point of contact for customers and help improve work processes. You think along about solutions and take on tasks independently. As a package delivery driver in Kolham, you deliver packages for a large logistics company. You work part-time on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, with start times between 10:00 and 12:00 or between 15:00 and 16:00. Although the working hours are flexible, your schedule is fixed in advance. You start with a fixed route, which you get to know well and in which you are well trained. Over time, you can drive other routes, so flexibility is important.
