  • As an order administration employee in Amersfoort, you ensure that all orders are processed neatly and on time. You work between 32 and 40 hours per week. Your start time is flexible, as long as you stay until 5:00 PM. The team consists of three colleagues. You will have a temporary position for 6 to 9 months. You work closely in an informal atmosphere. Your work is crucial for a fast and error-free delivery to the customer. Your day begins with checking incoming orders. You enter about ten orders per day into the system. Some orders, such as call-off orders, have priority. You communicate with customers via email in Dutch and English. Knowledge of German is useful, as the ERP system is partly in German. You mainly work with Excel and email. Accuracy is essential due to just-in-time deliveries and time pressure.
