Are you a born organizer with a passion for coordination? As a Production Coordinator, you are responsible for processing and coordinating requests for vegetable samples. You ensure that products are requested, collected, and shipped to destinations at home and abroad in a timely manner. Thanks to your organizational talent and precise working method, all requests run smoothly, and colleagues, customers, and partners receive their products on time. A workday begins with processing new requests for, among other things, trade shows, taste tests, sponsorships, and customer visits. You maintain contact with various internal departments, suppliers, and external partners and ensure that the right products are available. Additionally, you organize national and international shipments, coordinate the supply of the demo room, and handle the associated administration and invoice processing. You effortlessly switch between different tasks and always maintain an overview. You will join a committed team where collaboration and quality are central. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, and you have the space to take responsibility independently.
