Operator Waalwijk

As an operator, you ensure that the production machines run smoothly. You work in a 4- or 5-shift system and are responsible for the entire process. From adjusting machines to troubleshooting: you keep everything under control. Working as an operator with us is varied and challenging. You work between 32 and 48 hours per week and have a lot of responsibility. Together with your team, you ensure a stable production process and a tidy workplace. On an average workday, you start by setting up the production line. You set the machines and closely monitor the process. You quickly detect deviations and intervene immediately if something goes wrong. You also convert the machines during product changes and perform quality checks. You work closely with colleagues to ensure everything runs smoothly. In the shift work, you have variation in working hours, allowing you to balance work and private life well.
