Operator Trainee

As a Process Operator, you and your team are responsible for the entire production process. You work 40 hours a week in a 5-shift system, which means you have more time off and receive an attractive shift allowance. You work in a small team with modern machines in a safe, clean environment. On a typical workday, you replenish raw materials, monitor the production process, and make adjustments as needed. You resolve minor malfunctions and contribute ideas for process improvements. Are you ready to actively work in a technical production environment? As a production employee at a renowned plastic pipe manufacturer in Hardenberg, you work 40 hours a week in the day shift. You start at 07:15 and finish at 16:00, giving you every evening free! In the Spool Construction department, various components are assembled into a final product. You use hand tools and power tools.
