Operator Plano Printer (trainee)

As a Printing Operator, you are responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring modern plano printing presses. You assist with machine maintenance, resolve minor malfunctions, and continuously monitor the quality of the print work. You work 40 hours a week in a professional production environment where safety, quality, and collaboration are central. Your workday begins with starting up and setting the printing presses. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that the production process runs smoothly. Is there a minor malfunction? Then you tackle it together, so production quickly resumes. During the printing process, you check the quality of the final product and ensure that everything meets the set requirements. No day is the same, and you learn new skills every day.
