  • As an Oven Operator in Almelo, you play a crucial role in the production process. You operate rotational molding machines that manufacture plastic products. Together with approximately 12 colleagues, you work in a 3-shift system, with shifts from 06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00, or 22:00-06:00. This ensures a varied workweek. You have a full-time position with a lot of responsibility and opportunities to grow. On an average day, you start with a handover from your colleagues. You set the ovens and fill them with plastic powder. You check the machines and intervene immediately in case of malfunctions. Opening the mold is an important part and requires a minimum height of 1.80 meters due to the working height. You ensure a safe, tidy workplace and support your team.
