  • As an operator in Heelsum, you work at a small-scale, artisanal producer of unique paper products. You are responsible for operating the machines, conducting quality checks, and actively contributing to improvements. You work full-time (38 to 40 hours per week) in a 3-shift system, with the possibility to switch to a 4-shift system in the future. This job is perfect if you enjoy working with technology and want to develop in production. Your day begins with a handover from your colleagues. Then you set up the machines, start the production process, and check the quality of the final product. You identify malfunctions and resolve them together with your colleagues. You perform minor maintenance tasks and ensure a tidy, safe workplace. You work in different departments, which provides variety and challenge.
