Production

  • As an Operator Forming, you are responsible for setting up and operating multiple production lines for welding wire. You monitor quality and output and independently intervene in minor malfunctions. You set up the machines, monitor process parameters, and perform quality measurements. Additionally, you check dimensions and product quality according to customer standards and mix auxiliary, raw, and additive materials if necessary. You perform minor preventive and corrective maintenance and assist Maintenance with malfunctions and regular maintenance. You also record test and production data in Excel and the Flex system, keep a logbook, and sign off checklists. Finally, you ensure order, cleanliness, and compliance with safety, health, environmental, and quality regulations.

You transport materials, scanning the barcodes and moving the materials to the production location. Operator Spooling 2 Shifts

Are you ready for a challenging role as an Operator Spooling? In this position, you are responsible for the spooling process, where you set up machines, ensure quality, and make sure that rolls and roll material are ready for further processing and shipping. You set up and operate spooling machines and multiple production lines, perform quality measurements, and check dimensions and tension. Additionally, you label, pack, and prepare rolls for transport. You resolve minor malfunctions and perform minor maintenance while also supporting Maintenance with malfunctions and regular maintenance. Furthermore, you manage the internal logistics and inventory of auxiliary and raw materials, register production data in the Flex system, and maintain the logbook. The working hours are in two shifts: from 06:00 to 14:30 or from 14:30 to 23:00, with a full-time contract of 40 hours per week. The salary is €3,005 gross per month for 40 hours, with a shift allowance of 13.3% paid on top of the gross salary.
