As a Commercial Consultant in Ede, you are the link between us as a client (Timing) and potential candidates. You work full-time (40 hours) and have plenty of room for your own initiative. You focus on expanding our client relationships and ensure the right match between our internal vacancies and candidates. You work closely with recruiters and together you monitor the quality of our services. Your day consists of actively approaching new colleagues, identifying internal opportunities, and guiding our flexible workers. You prepare internal proposals, follow them up, and quickly switch between departments, candidates, and colleagues. Administration and contract management are also part of your tasks.
