Operator 3-shift Almelo

You ensure that the machines keep running smoothly and that top-quality products leave the line. You work 36 hours a week in a friendly team and have plenty of room to learn and develop yourself. Even without operator experience, you are welcome; through our internal training, you will quickly learn everything you need. Your tasks are varied and challenging. You independently adjust machines, perform quality checks, and resolve malfunctions. Additionally, you replenish packaging materials and keep the production line clean. You perform minor maintenance together with the technical service. You work closely with your team leader, fellow operators, and specialists to ensure everything runs smoothly.
