- As an operational administrative assistant in Vianen, you ensure the depot runs smoothly. You are the point of contact for colleagues, drivers, and customers, and make sure everything behind the scenes goes well. This makes your job varied and challenging. On a workday, you answer questions via phone or email, schedule pickup and collection assignments, and coordinate these with drivers and partners.
