- As an Office Assistant, you are an essential support for the team. You will have a varied set of tasks and will be involved in various administrative and secretarial activities. Your tasks include collecting and processing financial data, preparing meetings, and performing administrative tasks. Additionally, you support the daily operations in the office and keep track of various data and documents. You also contribute ideas about administrative processes and tasks. You work 12 hours per week, with the exact working days and hours to be determined in consultation.
