Additionally, you guide and manage employees, update the schedule, and conduct job interviews. You also register hours and handle administrative tasks, such as emails. This makes your work varied and challenging. On an average workday, you visit clients and check the quality. You talk to employees and make adjustments where necessary. Is someone sick? Then you quickly arrange a replacement. You schedule interviews with new colleagues and keep the administration neat. You work a lot independently, but you are never alone.
