- Are you ready for a challenging role as a Meter/Stretcher in Venlo? In this full-time position, you work in a 2-shift system and are responsible for the quality control of aluminum profiles during the extrusion process. You receive extensive internal training, both technical and metrological, so you learn everything about altimeters and profile projectors. You grow from junior to a fully-fledged Meter/Stretcher and constantly find the balance between production and quality. On an average workday, you check profiles for diameter, tolerances, and surface. You work closely with the press operator and make independent decisions if the process needs to be adjusted. With the stretching bench, you ensure that the profiles meet all requirements. Can't do it? Then you stand firm and interrupt the process if necessary. You work with modern machines in a neat and safe production environment. This job is perfect if you are technically inclined, like to take responsibility, and enjoy developing yourself. Material Manager Machining Venlo
As a Material Manager Machining, you are an indispensable link in our team. You work in day shifts, 38.5 hours per week. In this role, you ensure that tools, measuring instruments, and molds are always available on time for our CNC machines. You keep everything neatly organized, order materials, and check the quality.
Your workday is varied. You perform measurements, create measurement programs, and support colleagues with technical questions. You check the inventory, manage the tool system, and participate in improvement projects such as TDM and 7S. You also take care of the oil management of the machines and prepare work instructions. You actively think about improvements and work closely with your team.
