  • As a Medior Recruiter in Meppel, you work with people every day. You communicate with various individuals via phone, chat, or email. You know how to persuade people and immediately notice the effect of your efforts. You monitor progress, set priorities, and ensure all neighborhoods are covered. You are creative in finding solutions and think about better ways of recruiting. In between, you consult with colleagues and share your ideas for process improvement. You see the results directly in the region you manage.

    • Minimum mbo working and thinking level;
    • 1 to 5 years of relevant work experience;
    • You speak and write good Dutch;
    • Speaking Dutch and English is required;

    • You maintain an overview and set priorities;
    • You switch easily and remain flexible;
    • Experience with recruitment or call center is a plus;
