  • As an HR Advisor in Vriezenveen, you are responsible for all personnel matters. You work between 24 and 32 hours per week. You are given a lot of freedom and space for your own ideas. You start with a solid foundation and further develop HR. You ensure that HR administration, absence management, and payroll processing are in order. Together with an experienced colleague, you quickly get to know the organization and processes.

    On an average workday, you manage the HR mailbox and assist employees and managers with their questions. You arrange contracts, maintain personnel files, and process sick leave notifications. You maintain contact with the occupational health service, the UWV, and the absence insurer. Additionally, you handle payroll processing and support the recruitment and selection of new colleagues. You actively think about improving HR processes and advise managers.

We ask

    • MBO or HBO education in HR;
    • At least 5 years of experience in a similar HR role;
    • PDL diploma or willingness to obtain it;
    • Good knowledge of labor law, absence, and personnel administration;
    • Experience with payroll processing;
    • You speak and write Dutch well;
    • You are organizationally strong, meticulous, and communicatively skilled;
    • You work independently and with others;
    • Experience with Numbers and Dyflexis is a plus.
