As a mechanic, you are responsible for the technical maintenance of installations, pipelines, and water treatment systems. You work on challenging projects within the industry and have a varied workplace. You work from Monday to Friday, from 07:30 to 16:30, so you are free in the evenings and weekends. You start your day by gathering the right materials and tools. Together with your colleagues, you get to work cleaning, overhauling, and maintaining installations such as boilers, climate cabinets, and heat exchangers. You check parts, perform minor repairs, and ensure everything works safely. Sometimes you supervise temporary workers or are responsible for the work folder. You communicate with project leaders and clients about progress. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with technology and takes initiative. We ask

  • • You have at least a VMBO level in a technical direction; • You have 2 years of experience as a technical maintenance mechanic; • You have a VCA-VOL or are willing to obtain it; • You have a driving license B; • You speak and write Dutch well; • You have an affinity with steam engineering maintenance; • You enjoy working together, are flexible, and show initiative; • You can supervise temporary workers and lead projects.
