Production Worker 3-Shift System
As a production worker in a 3-shift system, you are an essential link within the production process of dairy products. You work an average of 36 hours per week and, together with your colleagues, ensure that production runs safely, efficiently, and according to the highest quality standards. You will join a close-knit team and have plenty of opportunities to further develop yourself. Your workday begins with preparing and starting up the production line. Throughout the day, you closely monitor the production process and ensure that everything runs smoothly. You promptly identify deviations, perform quality checks, and assist in resolving minor malfunctions. Additionally, you ensure a clean and safe working environment and help colleagues where needed. Safety, quality, and hygiene are always central.
