Maintech Technician

As a welder, you are an essential link in the production process. You independently perform welding tasks based on technical drawings and ensure that each product meets the high quality standards of our client. You work closely with colleagues in a pleasant and collegial work atmosphere. Safety, precision, and collaboration are central. Your day begins with a short team meeting where the planning and priorities are reviewed. Then you prepare your workspace, check the materials, and get started with various welding tasks. You work 32 to 40 hours per week in day shifts, with a flexible start time between 07:30 and 09:00. Safety and efficiency are paramount, and you get a lot of independence and variety in your work. This is what energizes you! On a typical workday, you are involved in maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting. You read electrical schematics and perform repairs.
