Machine Operator

On an average day, you check parts, pack products, or assemble chimneys. In the Injection Moulding department, you monitor machines and check the products. You identify deviations and ensure everything is neatly packed. In Assembly, you can switch teams during the day, depending on production. As an Operator in Assen, you contribute to the production of interior parts. You start in the packing or gluing department and bond parts according to technical drawings. You work 36 to 40 hours per week in shifts. This position is ideal if you are handy and enjoy working together. On a typical workday, you start by reviewing the schedule. You check workpieces, bond parts, or pack them. You work accurately and follow instructions strictly. You have regular contact with your colleagues and support each other where needed.
