Are you ready to start the evening or wrap up the night? As a Warehouse Team Coordinator in Utrecht, you ensure that your team knows exactly what needs to be done. We are looking for an experienced professional who takes responsibility and is eager to roll up their sleeves. In this role, you work closely with your colleagues on the shop floor. You distribute tasks, monitor progress, and ensure that orders with food products are processed on time and correctly. During busy times or when a colleague needs help, you step in. This is a hands-on coordinating role, where you actively participate in the process. You work alternating evening and night shifts, with shifts from 16:30 to 01:15 and 21:30 to 06:15. You earn a base salary of €16.18 gross per hour, with allowances for irregular hours. Since you work with food products, you will be in different temperature zones, such as the cooling and freezer areas, for which you also receive an allowance. We are looking for someone with recent logistics experience and sustainable employment on their resume. You don't need to have worked as a manager for years, but we are looking for someone who takes initiative, dares to address colleagues, and remains calm at a high pace.
